The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) was established in December 2003, consolidating all border services provided by the Canadian federal government into one agency. The Canada Border Services Agency has the dual purpose of protecting the safety and security of Canadians and at the same time facilitating trade and traffic.

Weapons seized: 5585 (1069 firearms; 4516 other)
Number of drug seizures: 8591
Currency seized: over $32 million
